Privacy
We collect only what we need to fill your order: your name, email, phone number and shipping address. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
We share your shipping details with our fulfillment partner so they can ship your straws. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else.
If you send us a custom quote request, we use the details only to reply and prepare your proof. If you're signed in, we save the design in your account so you can reorder it.
If you make an account, we keep your name, email, phone number and orders with it, and Stripe keeps your saved address and cards. If you verify for the military discount with ID.me, GOVX ID or a .mil or .gov email address, we keep how you verified, the date, and the address you used or what ID.me or GOVX ID told us (that you're verified, in which group, and your user number with them), only to confirm your discount. ID.me and GOVX ID check your documents, so we never see them. If you ask us to verify you instead, we keep your request and a note of how we checked it, and we use the proof you send us only for that.
Our site uses one cookie to remember your cart. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
