About these terms
These terms cover every order placed with Freedom Strawz LLC ("Freedom Strawz", "we" or "us") on freedomstrawz.com, and every custom quote we send. By placing an order or approving a custom proof, you agree to them. They were last updated October 26, 2026.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Your cart shows your full total, including shipping and any discount, before you pay.
We can cancel an order, for example if a price was listed in error or an item is out of stock. If we do, we'll email you and refund you in full.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card is charged when you place your order. We never see or store your card number.
Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping costs and times are on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery dates are estimates, and you'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Cancellations
To cancel a stock order, email us before it ships and we'll refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, our return policy applies instead.
You can cancel a custom order at no charge any time before you approve your proof. Once you approve it, we start production and the order can't be cancelled.
Returns and refunds
Our return policy is on our Shipping & Returns page. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show them.
Discounts and promo codes
Each order gets one discount: whichever saves you the most. Discounts don't stack.
Unless a code says otherwise, each promo code works once per customer account, and you need a free account with a confirmed email address to use one. A code counts as used once the order you used it on is paid. Codes can expire, have no cash value and can't be applied to past orders. We can end a promotion at any time, but we'll honor orders already placed with it.
The military discount is for verified customers. You verify once, in your account, with ID.me, GOVX ID, or a .mil or .gov email address. If you can't use any of these, you can ask us to verify you. Verification lasts a year. By claiming the discount, you confirm that you're eligible.
Custom printing
Custom orders are quoted by email and made to the proof you approve. You pay in full when you approve your proof. Check the spelling, colors and layout carefully: your straws are printed exactly as you approve them.
By sending us a slogan, logo or design, you confirm that you have the right to use it. We can decline any design.
Turnaround times are estimates and start when you approve your proof. Custom orders are final sale unless there's a manufacturing defect.
Colors and photos
Colors on your screen may look a little different from the straws in your hand. Some images on this site are illustrations or sample prints. Color-changing straws react to ice-cold drinks, so how strongly they change depends on the drink.
Problems with an order
If something is wrong with your order, email us before disputing the charge with your bank. We'll make it right, and it's usually faster.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
